KIRKLINTON VILLAGE HALL TUESDAYS 6.30 - 9.00PM

The Art Group was set up in May 2005 as part of Askham Bryan College outreach courses. When the funding ended the group decided to 'go it alone'.

Members are drawn from the villages in the area and they have a wide variety of interests, talents and abilities.

From time to time members enter local exhibitions to some success and in 2005 their first full exhibiton was as part of the Kirklington Village Show and in 2006 they exhibited it Kirklington Church as part of the Open Gardnes Weekend.

Each term there are visiting guest artists who demonstrate or lead practical sessions.
