We have visited this shop on many occasions and purchased walking boots, sandals, socks and rucksacks. We think the customer service is excellent, which is why we travel quite a distance to shop here . Very knowledgeable staff who take a lot of time to explain all the options, and never make you feel pressurised to make a purchase. This is our first port of call for outdoor equipment.
Always helpful and lovely staff prepared to go that extra mile by ordering items in a different size or colour, having said that the range is excellent, I'm just an extra fussy customer!
